Duo de Janeiro" by Pille-Rite Rei and Andre Maaker performs devine and emotionally charged Brazilian music. Evergreen bossanova by Antonio Corlos Jobim, Joao Gilberto and Edu Lobo will be heard, as well as exciting discoveries - songs recommended to the duo's repertoire by musicians from Brazil.

• Pille-Rite Rei graduated from the Malmö Music Academy in Sweden, majoring in composition. During her studies, she had the opportunity to spend a year in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, improving her skills in singing and composition, and later she has spent longer periods playing music in Rio De Janeiro with local musicians (Roberto Menescal, Gabriel Grossi, etc.). She always carries the Brazilian sun and lightness inside her and it is also expressed in her creations.
• Andre Maaker avoids stylistic definitions and calls himself a creative musician, thus leaving room for movement between different musical styles, because he is attracted by different sound of worlds and when improvising, he feels equally at home on jazz, folk, rock and chamber music stages.
